About Concept Build Group
After years of being in the Home Building industry our Founders, Dustin Hanco and Tim Hanco discovered that it's not as easy as some may think to hire the right designer and contractor for home renovations. They also realized that quality as a whole was lacking in the renovation industry. Their desire to piece all these moving parts together and present a home renovation solution for homeowners led them to found Concept Build Group in Burlington, Ontario, in 2019.

Dustin Hanco - Owner and President
With a family background in remodeling, Dustin has been involved in various aspects of the industry since his early teen years. After completing his Architectural degree, Dustin graduated from the prestigious Dale Carnegie program and has since managed and completed over 500 renovation projects, earning a reputation as a trusted and skilled professional in the field.
With 25 years of experience in home renovations and building, Dustin has a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces for his clients. He is also a proud father and husband, a sports enthusiast, and has a strong appreciation for nature, travel, and design.

Our team works closely with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create a space that truly reflects their unique personality and enhances their quality of life. Our team consists of

- Tim Hanco: Co-owner with 40 years of experience in home remodeling.
- Tyler Grondin: Project Manager with 18 years of experience in new builds and Remodels.
- Anjela Terry: Interior Designer with 7 years of experience in Residential Interior Design.
